Watch CRM dashboard with example revenue, margins and inventory status; source details redacted

The Challenge

Listing research, purchase tracking and sales accounting spread across separate tools make it difficult to know what is in progress, what is available and whether a sale is profitable.

Key decision

Keep Google Sheets as the central record while providing a purpose-built interface for daily operations and an MCP interface for agent-assisted work.

Approach

Built a typed workflow around purchasing statuses, stock quantities and sales records. The dashboard surfaces committed capital and realised margins; the sales view accounts for purchase cost, fees and delivery. MCP makes the same operational records accessible to an AI assistant.

Key Highlights

  • Purchasing pipeline displayed as a status board.
  • Inventory and sales linked to financial records.
  • Revenue, committed capital and realised margin visible in one dashboard.
  • Google Sheets integration and MCP tools for agent-assisted operations.

Architecture

  • Next.js and TypeScript interface.
  • Google Sheets as the central operational data store.
  • MCP interface for working with CRM records through an assistant.

Current limitations

  • Private product presented through screenshots only. Source code and repository are not published.
  • Marketplace identity, source prices, listing identifiers and sourcing details are redacted.

Outcome

One workspace connects sourcing, purchasing and sales with a clear view of inventory and profitability. The screenshots demonstrate the interface with example data; their figures are not business performance claims.
